Hand Made Sugar flowers

I adore making sugar flowers, they have the most etherial quality about them, and if kept out of humidity they can last for years as a memento of your special day.  Sugar flowers are one of my favourite things to create, trying to create realism that replicated that soft delicate touch of natural flowers.

The benefit of sugar flowers is not only can you keep them as a reminder of your special day, you can have pretty much any flower in any colour at any time of the year, meaning that you can use flowers that would be toxic or poisonous or just out of season, without worrying about food safety.

Please note that whilst our flowers are made out of sugar they are not edible, and are for decoration purposes only.

See below for some pictures my gorgeous sugar flowers, both on cakes and individual flowers with their name below.  Under the photos, there is a list of the sugar flowers that I make and an approximate price list, if there are flowers that you would like on your cake that are not listed below please get in touch, I can usually accommodate this.
