Victoria sponge

Madagascan vanilla sponge filled with vanilla bean buttercream and raspberry conserve

Lemon Drizzle

Fresh lemon sponge drizzled with a lemon syrup and filled with zesty lemon buttercream - option of homemade Jostaberry, Bramble or Quince Jelly

Lemon and Elderflower

Fresh lemon sponge drizzled with homemade elderflower cordial reduction filled with elderflower buttercream

St Clemants

Orange Drizzle

Strawberry and Prosseco

Madagascan vanilla sponge with freeze dried strawberry pieces drizzled with a Prosecco reduction filled with Prosecco buttercream and strawberry conserve

White Chocolate and Raspberry

Madagascan vanilla sponge with freeze dried and frozen raspberry pieces filled with white chocolate buttercream and raspberry conserve

Chocolate mud sponge filled with a dark and milk truffle ganache - option of White chocolate, Orange, Mint, Oreo, Raspberry, Strawberry, Peanut butter or Salted Caramel buttercream filling

Maple and Pecan

Canadian maple syrup and pecan sponge filled with maple syrup buttercream 

Carrot Cake

Spiced carrot cake filled with orange buttercream

Apple and Cinnamon

Spiced Cinnamon sponge with freeze dried apple pieces filled with cinnamon buttercream

Cinnamon and Ginger

Spiced cinnamon sponge filled with stem ginger syrup buttercream

Other flavours of cake can be created for your wedding, including a traditional rich fruit cake soaked in brandy and covered in marzipan.  If there is a particular flavour not listed above please do ask about whether it is possible.

All fondant cakes (with the exception of fruit cake) are covered in a layer of white chocolate ganache before being covered in fondant.  This not only tastes delicious but allows the creation of perfect sharp edges and flawless finish to your cake.

Please Note that all cakes are baked in a kitchen that handles nuts, dairy, wheat and gluten and are therefore not suitable for those needing 'freeform' cakes.
